Cold Storage Pick Packers – Immediate Start

Location: Blacktown, NSW

Pay Rate: From $32.00 per hour + Super

Hours: Monday to Friday | Morning & Afternoon Shifts Available

Type: Full-Time / Ongoing

We're seeking reliable and physically fit Cold Storage Pick Packers to join a reputable logistics and food distribution team in Blacktown. If you're comfortable working in chilled environments and value accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork, this role could be a great fit for you.

About the Role

As a Cold Storage Pick Packer, you'll be responsible for accurately picking and packing chilled and frozen food products. You'll work within a supportive team to ensure all items are stored, prepared, and dispatched according to strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners
  • Safely handle chilled and frozen goods
  • Work effectively in a temperature-controlled (cold storage) environment
  • Assist with loading and unloading as needed
  • Keep work areas clean, tidy, and safe
  • Follow all WHS and food safety guidelines

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in cold storage or food warehousing (preferred)
  • Confidence using RF scanning equipment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting
  • Reliable transport and strong attendance record
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
