Security Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional front-line customer service
- Identify, assess, and respond to security risks and incidents
- Accurately document incidents and daily activities
- Respond promptly to medical and emergency situations
- Apply conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Build positive relationships with emergency services and stakeholders
- Monitor security systems and respond to alerts promptly
- Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Experience with monitoring security systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts
- High standard of personal presentation and integrity
- Reliable, proactive, and organised
- Driver's Licence (may be required for site vehicles)
- Full professional uniform provided
