Our warehouse is situated on the Sunshine Coast in Kunda Park.

Working as part of our friendly team, the Warehouse Picker/Packer/Customer Service will be involved in all general day to day warehouse duties including (but not limited to):

  • Accurate and fast picking and/or packing customer orders
  • Inventory control and stock replenishment
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Customer Service

  • The customer service rolewill include email support, phone answering, customer enquiries
  • Microsoft Office experience is required

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Ability to work accurately at speed with good attention to detail
  • Ability to follow direction, work independently with a willingness to learn
  • Have a sound standard of verbal and written communication
  • Previous experience in picking and packing is desirable but not necessary
  • Be physically fit, as the role is hands on
  • Customer Service experience would be beneficial
  • Knowledge or general interest in craft is desirable but not necessary
  • Previous experience is not necessary. Full training will be provided

This is a fast-paced environment with plenty of opportunities to learn. This full time role will be on-site with early morning starts, Monday to Saturday.
