Join a family-owned dealership with a newly renovated, state-of-the-art service department and a stable, supportive team. As our service department grows, we are seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join us.
What You'll Do
• Welcome and assist customers at service check-in
• Prepare repair orders, bookings and time/cost estimates
• Liaise with the Workshop Controller to ensure timely completion
• Keep customers informed from drop-off to collection
• Communicate repairs, sales and warranty requirements
What You Bring
• Service Advisor experience highly regarded — trainees encouraged
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to build rapport
• Confident with computers and quick to learn new systems
• Professional, reliable and a can-do attitude
• Mechanically minded or automotive-aware
• Current NSW driver's licence
