We are a Commonwealth Home Support Programme provider and we're on the lookout for a skilled, positive, and client-focused OT to join our growing team right here in Perth. About the Role

In this role, you'll provide expert clinical care to Aged Care clients in the community. You'll be part of a team that values collaboration, celebrates wins, and supports you every step of the way.

  • Full-time, Part-time or Contractor role.
  • Based in the Perth metro area.
  • Work in a supportive, professional environment committed to best practice and clinical excellence.
  • We're looking for someone who brings both experience and energy—someone with strong aged-care and Functional Capacity Assessment skills, who is excited to support clients and colleagues alike.

What We're Looking For

  • Experienced Occupational Therapist (3+ years).
  • Strong skills in aged care
  • A collaborative spirit, passion for clinical care, and a positive, can-do attitude.

What You'll Need

  • AHPRA registration
  • 3+ years' experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Aged-Care experience, highly desirable
  • Experience with aged care and Functional Capacity Assessments preferred
  • National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working With children Check
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Australian/New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
