The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood/ Preschool Educator to join the team. This role is perfect for educators holding either a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Diploma qualification, looking to contribute to a vibrant preschool room environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, age-appropriate educational programs for preschool-aged children.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and the broader team.
- Observe, document, and assess children's learning and development according to centre policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (mandatory).
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid certification.
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Passionate about early childhood education and fostering child development.
