Perth and Broome Retail Team Members

We are looking for down to earth, hands on, go-getter, Retail Team Members to join our team in Perth and Broome.

Your days will encompass driving customer relationships and strong retail sales.

Perth: This role will include working across our various showrooms; Cottesloe, Hillary's, Subiaco and Elizabeth Quay with the potential for this position to be trained as a Tour Guide for small-medium tour groups.

Broome: This role will include working across our Cable Beach and Chinatown showrooms.

Willie Creek Pearls operates 7 days a week, so this position involves regular weekend work, as well as the occasional after hours for events/evenings.

Reporting directly to the Perth Operations Coordinator (Perth position) and General Manager – Broome Operations (Broome position) you will be required to be able to demonstrate:

· Previous experience in retail sales (preferably jewellery)

· A high competency level with computers and numerical skills

· Well-developed people skills with a strong level of written and verbal communication

· Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team

· National Police Clearance or the availability to obtain if required
