Are you an real estate professional ready to make your mark in the Sydney CBD residential market? We're looking for a motivated individual to join our successful sales team as a Sales Associate with Ettiene West. Ettiene is a top sales performer and accomplished prestige multi lister who will provide the mentorship and guidance to help you grow your career. What will you be doing ?
- Assist with market appraisals for prospective vendors, including pricing preparation, research, and comparable
- Assisting at Saturday Opens for Inspections and auctions
- Handle buyer inquiries, including follow-up calls and data management
- Prospecting calls and lead generation
- Vendor reporting
Our ideal candidate will have
- Drive and hunger for excellence
- 2+ years of experience within a sales or customer-focused environment
- Assistant Agent Certificate or Real Estate License
- Excellent technical skills, not scared of learning new software and AI tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident in communicating with customer-facing agents, solicitors, and vendors
- Excellent in written and verbal communication
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with ease
- Familiar with Agent Box & Real Time Agent (a bonus, but not essential)
- Genuine interest in and desire to succeed in residential property
- Will have full Australian work rights, business sponsorship is not available for this role
