Kickstart or continue your career in Aviation Security with a nationally trusted leader. We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team at Mascot Airport.

About the Role

MSS Security is looking for Casual Aviation Protection Officers to deliver a high level of security and customer service at Mascot Airport. In this role, you'll be the face of safety, helping to maintain secure and smooth airport operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Passenger and checked baggage screening

  • Monitoring and managing traffic flow at security checkpoints

  • Providing exceptional customer service to passengers and staff

  • Following security procedures and safety protocols

  • Completing incident reports when required

What We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated individuals who have:

  • A strong focus on customer service

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Great attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure

  • Flexibility to work early mornings and varying shifts

You must also have or be willing to obtain:

  • NSW Security Licence - mandatory

  • First Aid Certificate - mandatory

  • Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening

  • Ability to obtain an ASIC clearance (we'll pay for it)

  • Full Australian working rights
