About the Role
MSS Security is currently seeking a dedicated Weighbridge Operator to join our team. While part of the role involves maintaining a security presence, the main focus is on admin tasks making sure compliance checks are done properly, entering data accurately, and keeping systems up to date. It's a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a good understanding of site procedures.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Conduct weighbridge operation and vehicle checks
- Visitor and contractor access register control
- Locking and unlocking of premises
- Respond to emergency incidents on site
- Monitor and respond to Alarms
- Induct regular visitors and contractors prior to site entry
- Monitor CCTV cameras
- Use computer systems and maintain databases as required
Skills & Experience:
- Current QLD Security License - unarmed as a minimum (must be willing to obtain)
- Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations - (must be willing to obtain)
- QLD drivers' license
- Current First Aid certificate
- Current CPR certificate
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and computer use
