We're Hiring: Podcast Producer for "Trust Matters"

We're Bob Murray and Alicia Fortinberry, psychologists, authors, and founders of the Fortinberry Murray consultancy.  We're launching a new podcast—Trust Matters—exploring how trust shapes relationships, workplaces, leadership, and society.

We're looking for a freelance podcast producer to help us build this from the ground up. You'll guide us through equipment selection, recording, editing, marketing, and sponsorship strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment and software setup

• Audio and video recording and editing

• Guest coordination and scheduling

• Show notes and summaries

• Marketing and distribution

• Sponsorship outreach

Ideal Candidate

• Proven podcast production experience

• Strong editorial and storytelling instincts

• Comfortable with sensitive topics and thought leadership

• Bonus: background in psychology or workplace culture
