The Role:

Due to a number of new contracts we are seeking an experienced Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician to join our dynamic team at both our Karratha and Port Hedland Branches. The ideal candidate will have a full trade certificate in Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration, a full arctic license, and a minimum restricted electrical license (dual electrical license is highly desirable). Experience with a wide range of HVAC equipment, from domestic split systems to commercial chillers and refrigerated units, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair various HVAC systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults efficiently.
  • Provide outstanding customer service with attention to detail.
  • Work independently and demonstrate strong work ethic.
  • Quoting and estimating experience is beneficial but not essential.

FIFO Position (ex Perth):

  • Competitive fixed rate on a family-friendly roster (2&1 or 12d on 9d off, with minimum 10.5 hour shifts).

  • Self-contained onsite accommodation.
  • Meal allowance.
  • Personal work vehicle and fuel card.
