What you'll be doing


• Drive the full end-to-end sales process — from lead management to close.

• Lead new vehicle, finance, and accessories sales.

• Recruit, train, and motivate a winning sales team.

• Ensure strict adherence to a structured automotive sales process that delivers consistent results.

• Drive closing ratios, enquiry response times, and guest satisfaction scores.

• Champion EV and Hybrid education for both customers and team members.

• Maintain showroom presentation, stock management, and Geely brand standards.

• Collaborate with Service, Parts, and Group Marketing to deliver a seamless experience.


What we're looking for


• Proven success in automotive sales management and leadership.

• A closer — disciplined, process-driven, and confident in the full sales cycle.

• Strong technical understanding of EV and Hybrid vehicles.

• A charismatic, humble, and people-first leader who inspires performance.

• Results-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable owning a P&L.

• Professional presentation and a current Australian driver's licence.

Location: Ringwood, Victoria

Full-time: 5 days per week including Saturdays, with a weekly RDO
