Are you a highly organised and proactive professional with a strong background in administration and executive support? We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Executive Director of SEQ Operations. This is a pivotal role that requires exceptional leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Provide comprehensive day-to-day support to the Executive Director, including:

  • Calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing correspondence
  • Drafting and sending emails on behalf of the Executive Director
  • Managing and actioning requests via a shared mailbox

Coordinate and monitor reporting requirements including:

  • Briefing notes
  • Business cases and submissions
  • Strategic and business planning documents
  • HR reporting and related documentation
  • Ensure timely and high-quality responses to internal and external enquiries

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Proven experience supporting a Senior Executive
  • A strong administration background
  • Familiarity with SharePoint (highly desirable)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities
