Asphalt Labourers

Protech are searching for experienced Asphalt Machinery Operators and Labourers in Cairns for ongoing work for a giant of the civil industry.

As an Operator you will be responsible for operating mobile plant equipment for road surfacing works, and as a Labourer engaging in a variety of general hand labouring tasks as they arise.

Rates begin (Labouring) at $39.70hr, then up through the levels. Overtime will be worked daily and paid accordingly. Various allowances are also paid by the client. Afternoon and night shifts are worked where higher rates again apply. Positions are on a ongoing casual basis to begin. 

Positions will commence immediately on finding suitable candidates.

Must Have:

Asphalting Experience

White card

Machinery Licences for Operator roles.

Ability to pass a D&A test
