About the Role

We are seeking a Casual Female Support Worker to join our caring and dedicated team. This role involves providing support to NDIS participants to promote independence, confidence, and community inclusion.

Your duties will include:

  • Assisting participants with community access, including attending appointments, shopping, and social or recreational activities.
  • Providing domestic assistance, such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and household organisation.
  • Encouraging and supporting participants to develop daily living and independent skills.
  • Building positive and respectful relationships with participants and their families.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in disability or community support (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Community Services, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, empathetic, and committed to providing person-centred care.
