The Opportunity

Due to a new project recently being given approval, a position has been created for an experienced Development Manager to join the team. This is a critical position within the business as you will be responsible for the management of a large-scale mixed-use residential project in the Sydney metropolitan area. Key responsibilities will include:

• Devise & Lodge Planning Proposal & SSDA for the Project
• Engage & Manage Consultant Teams
• Develop Programs & Budgets for DA's Concept Plans
• Work with Marketing Team & Agents to Prepare Marketing Docs
• Prepare Documentation Package for Handover to Construction Team

Who We're Looking For

Reporting to the Head of Development, Development Manager's with around three to five years experience plus is who we would like to hear from. Other key requirements include:

• Tertiary Qualifications in Property, Construction or Equivalent
• Residential & Mixed-use Development Experience is Essential
• Ability to Manage & Drive External Consultants
• Strong communication & Presentation Skills
• A Team First Attitude that Enjoys seeing Others Succeed
