We are currently seeking a Casual Produce Assistant to join our enthusiastic and dedicated team working with high quality fresh fruit and veg If you're ready to jump into a new role, we want to hear from you.

About this role:

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Store set up; merchandising; fruit displays; packing and wrapping of products
  • Cutting and preparing fruit and vegetables for display
  • Weekend and weekday availability essential, must be available for 5AM start times

To be successful in this position, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Previous experience working with Fruit and Veg (highly regarded)
  • Must be physically fit, as the role requires you to be able to lift, carry, display and store produce.
  • Good eye for detail and great knowledge of fresh produce, seasons and products
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Reliable and hard working
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior customer service skills and register experience preferable
  • Forklift license desirable
