Who we are:

This uniquely designed cafe, has already a philosophy and a story behind it aiming to serve excellent quality coffee together with wholesome & fresh meals. The cafe is based at Toongabbie point a newly built centre that hosts one of the largest Medical centers that have ever operated in the district together with  one of the busiest and biggest pharmacies.

The cafe holds the most premium location in the building making very easily accessible by everyone and the centre has its own underground parking area with 50 car spots.

About the role:

We are seeking for an experienced cafe Barista/All Rounder that can play a critical role in our team, ensuring that every guest receives an exceptional experience.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Crafting a variety of high-quality coffee beverages with precision and consistency.
• Latte art and great coffee knowledge is essential
• Providing friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.
• Operating various café equipment including espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems.
• Assisting with food preparation, including assembling light snacks and pastries.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the café, including the service area and seating areas.
• Collaborating with team members to uphold café standards and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and as a team member

In order to be successful for this role, you will need to demonstrate a hands on attitude, have an over the top positive and friendly approach to all customers, a great passion for customer service and the ability to act under pressure and provide solutions that will assist in the everyday operations of the business.

What we're looking for:

This is a casual role including 3-4 shifts per week  and can grow to a full time role for the right candidate as we are expanding our operations.

The cafe is open 7 days a week, for breakfast, brunch and lunch and we welcome applications for shifts on weekends and weekdays.
