You are:

Someone who understands that at The Coffee Club we are serious about connecting with both our customers and our team. So if you're a Barista / Cafe Allrounder at The Coffee Club you need to have the following attributes:

• A Host – you anticipate and fulfil the needs of your customers as if they are a guest in your home;
• A People Person – you find it easy to genuinely connect with both your customers and your team;
• Details-Oriented - you have a keen eye for detail: from accurate order taking to store cleanliness;
• And bonus points if you're a Coffee Lover – you are passionate about making the perfect cup of coffee every time.

This role require applicants to have flexible availability and willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
