What You'll Do :

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be essential in ensuring our office operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and organising job files.
• Reviewing and understanding electrical plans (don't worry—we'll train you).
• Maintaining and updating our company database.
• Handling compliance certificates and invoicing.
• Managing stock orders and addressing general inquiries.
• Supporting quality control and assisting our admin team.

What We're Looking For:

We want someone who's eager to learn, well-organised, and ready to tackle new challenges.

Key qualities we're after include:

• Electrical and/or construction knowledge (preferred, but not essential)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Gmail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills and reliability.
