We're looking for an experienced vet nurse who's ready for more; more leadership, more say in how things run, and more impact on the people and patients you care for.

At MustCare Mt Gravatt Vet, our Clinic Coordinator role blends hands-on nursing with light coordination duties, supporting a small, close-knit team in a busy, well-loved clinic that's been part of the community for over 25 years.

You'll be the steady hand that keeps the day running smoothly; supporting your teammates, clients, and patients while helping the clinic stay organised and on track. You'll also have support from our HR and Operations team, so you're never carrying the load alone.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working side-by-side with the team across consults, surgery, and patient care.
• Helping manage the day-to-day flow; rostering, stock, communication, and client coordination.
• Creating a positive, calm environment where the team and clients feel supported.
• Mentoring newer nurses and helping the team grow in confidence and capability.
• Sharing ideas to continually improve how we care for patients and each other.

What We're Looking For

• A qualified veterinary nurse (Cert IV or equivalent) with at least 3 years' experience.
• Someone organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
• A confident communicator who brings people together and keeps things flowing.
• A team player who loves both animals and humans.
