Kitchen Supervisor and Senior Kitchen Hand

Hawkesbury Brewing Co is a large venue in the heart of Lisarow that is a bustling community hub. Our passion is bringing people together over great beer and great food.

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Supervisor and Kitchen hands to be part of our dynamic team in a professional and high-profile environment.

As Kitchen Supervisor, your role will involve;

· Maintain kitchen presentation and cleanliness

· Ensure Team Members represent Hawkesbury Brewing Co in a positive manner

· Train and mentor Team Members

· Ensure all staff are well briefed on their responsibilities and are given constant supervision and motivation on all aspects of their work

· Ensure that all operating, opening and closing procedures are followed

· Ensure all meals are prepared to the Brewery's high-quality standards, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations

We also have opportunities available for a casual kitchen hand to join our team

As a kitchen hand, your role will involve;

· Keep kitchen area clean and tidy

· Assist making orders and food prep

· Help with stock rotation

· Wash dishes, utensils and equipment

What are we looking for?

· Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen, particularly within high volume operations

· Experience in engaging, leading and motivating a large team is highly desirable

· Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail

· Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

· Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including nights/ weekends
