Your Role

With no two days the same, you will undertake a variety of duties and responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

  • Coaching and mentoring your team to reach their potential.
  • Managing recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes.
  • Handling service issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Coordinating WHS requirements and promoting safe work practices.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Creating a service environment where the client is at the centre of everything we do.

With a structured onboarding program, you'll be supported by an empowering leadership team who will guide you to lead with autonomy and trust.

You'll also enjoy the flexibility that a work from home role offers, while being part of an inclusive team that is making a real difference.

This is a work from home role and attracts a salary of $76,187 +super + NFP salary packaging benefits.

About You:

  • Certificate IV in Community Care or a related field, or demonstrated industry experience.
  • Experience in leading and supervising a team (not essential).
  • Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A love for supporting others and building a great team culture.
  • Valid driver's licence, police check, and Working with Children clearance.
