ECU's Centre for Employability plays a pivotal role in enhancing career readiness and graduate outcomes for ECU's diverse student cohort. The Centre collaborates with Schools and Service Centres to advance a cohesive and coordinated whole-of-institution approach to supporting employment, including curricular and co-curricular initiatives in career development, employability and WIL. About the Opportunity

The Director, Centre for Employability will be responsible for strategically leading a sustainable and scalable suite of initiatives to support a step change improvement in graduate outcomes, consistent with the new ECU Strategic Plan. Through strong internal relationships, the Director, Centre for Employability will promote ECU's distinctive approach to ensure coordinated and visible leadership across ECU that prioritises that inclusiveness and appropriateness of all programs for ECU's diverse cohort.
