About the role

Rainer and Leach Pty Ltd is seeking new on-site mechanical duct installers to join our close knit team where we care about our staff and our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Install air conditioning ductwork and associated sheetmetal parts to industry standards on commercial job sites
  • Interpret technical drawings and plans to ensure accurate ductwork layout and installation
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols

What we're looking for

  • We are after staff experienced in the air conditioning field with a willingness to learn and take direction.  At least 3 years experience in a similar role of installing ductwork, grilles and flex.
  • Ability to interpret site drawings.
  • Ability to work in a close team as well as independently
  • Dedicated hard working employees with a willingness to help others.
