Position Details:

  • Role: Level 2 Chef (Full-time, 40-45 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
  • Start Date: Immediate.
  • Location: Cable Beach, Broome, Western Australia.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes in alignment with our menu and standards.
  • Collaborate on menu development, including seasonal specials.
  • Manage kitchen inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimal waste.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a chef in fast-paced restaurant environments.
  • Strong culinary skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-pressure setting.
  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (required).
