Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dealership Service Workshop Controller located in Tweed Heads New South Wales, Australia. The Workshop Controller will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Key tasks include managing workshop schedules, coordinating with technicians, monitoring repair quality, and maintaining communication with customers and the aftersales team to ensure high levels of customer service.

  • Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
  • Experience with Dealership Workshops
  • Knowledge of Aftersales processes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
