Synergie is seeking an experienced Blaster to join our client's team in Wingfield. Work with a well-established company specialising in high-quality agricultural equipment and components in a clean, modern workshop.

Shift Details:

Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm

Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm

$36 – $40 per hour (negotiable for experienced candidates)

Key Duties Include:


• Performing abrasive blasting on metal components

• Preparing and cleaning surfaces for painting or coating

• Operating and maintaining blasting equipment

• Inspecting surfaces to ensure high-quality finishes

• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

What We're Looking For:


• Previous experience as a Blaster (essential)

• Knowledge of abrasive blasting processes and equipment

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player

• Able to commence immediately
