About the role
As a Production Labourer at Top Stock Agencies, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and high-quality production of goods at our manufacturing facility in Mareeba, Queensland. What you'll be doing
- Operating various bagging machines and packing pallets.
- Performing various manual tasks such as lifting, moving, and organising materials and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area to ensure a safe and efficient production environment
- Collaborating with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
- Following all safety protocols and reporting any issues or concerns to supervisors

- Good physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks
- A team-oriented approach and the willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels
