Featuring a combination of 112 rooms and apartments we are looking for a Maintenace / Handyman who will help us bring the Standards of the Sebel group to the hotel and ensure the customer satisfaction is of the highest level.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Maintenace / Handyman to join our hotel's team.

Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
  • Perform general repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment
  • General Outdoor Maintenace, Cleaning & Gardening
  • Painting skills are a must

About You

  • Previous "hands-on" maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or facilities management environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a drive for achieving high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships within the hotel team and address guest needs.
  • Effective time management and the ability to respond promptly to urgent tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with the ability to adapt to daily operational needs.
  • A solid understanding of Workplace Health, Safety, and Environment standards.
  • Reliable and flexible.
