- Leads cross-channel performance media strategy, ensuring alignment with globally agreed comms model and planning principles.
- Acts as the senior cross-channel point of contact for the Cluster Client, managing key client relationships across the performance hub.
- Coordinates media execution across performance channels while ensuring integration with key channels.
- Works with Client's market stakeholders to ensure alignment with scope of work (SOW) and service level agreements (SLAs), managing conversations and workloads effectively.
- Ensures integrated campaign briefs are aligned with performance channel requirements.
- Owns and manages the overall workload across performance channels, prioritising tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to lead integrated responses to brief incorporating local insights and key market learnings.
- Experience developing and managing testing roadmaps across both local and global initiatives
- Strong collaborative style with channel teams to ensure the strategic direction aligns with business challenges & vision
- Proactively puts forward innovation opportunities and shares own market knowledge with the rest of the client community
- Previous experience ensuring SLAs for client hub channels are adhered to and act as an escalation point for performance-related challenges.
