Consumer Insights Manager.
About the Role:
As a key strategic partner to our Marketing and Commercial teams across Australia and New Zealand, you will play a critical role in putting the consumer and shopper at the heart of our decision-making. You will be part of a high-performing team responsible for driving top-tier financial results for our high-growth ANZ Snacking portfolio.

Please note this is a part-time 4 day per week, permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively participate in key decision-making forums, championing consumer and shopper centricity.
  • Develop and execute best-in-class insight plans for ANZ Snacking, aligned with business priorities and within budget.
  • Lead consumer/shopper qualitative and quantitative research to generate actionable insights that shape brand positioning, creative campaigns, product innovation, and design excellence.
  • Partner with marketing, sales and R&D teams to drive the effectiveness of category & brand strategies and execution of plans.
  • Transform data into compelling narratives, going beyond the numbers to articulate key implications and strategic recommendations.

About You:

  • Naturally curious, proactive, and always seeking better problem-solving approaches.
  • Tertiary qualified with 5+ years of experience in market research (agency or client-side).
  • Exposure to a broad range of research projects ideally including shopper, innovation and creative development.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently present and discuss insights with stakeholders.
  • A collaborative team player.
