What we are looking for…
Due to continued growth of our operations in Queensland, Cougar Drilling is seeking Trainee Drillers and Offsiders based in the Mackay and Emerald regions.
About you…
- Hold a current Generic Underground Induction
- Proven experience as a Driller in an underground coal mining environment
- Excellent safety record and strong commitment in all areas of WHS
- Ability to work on varied rosters and shift structures
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Demonstrated team player with a strong work ethic
- Ability to understand written and orally communicated plans and accurately record details
- Willing to complete a Pre-Employment / Coal Board Medical
