You'll work alongside nurses and midwives in the clinical setting, providing hands-on guidance, coaching, and support to build confidence and competence. Your focus will be on creating a collaborative environment where learning thrives—whether that's facilitating skill development, mentoring staff, or contributing to quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care.
