We are seeking experienced Snow enthusiasts who would like to work in our new, modern retail store. This great environment is supportive, welcoming, and where you are appreciated.
We are seeking both full-time and casual staff for all our areas.
The new Brisbane store is located in Windsor, offering easy access and parking. The train station is 200 meters away, or you can park nearby, right outside if needed. The store is large and completely new, offering access to the best brands in the world. Auski stocks over 90 brands and is always searching the world for the finest products.
The store utilizes the latest technology and features a workshop equipped with state-of-the-art machinery.
The store is fully omnichannel for customers, offering a seamless web experience and a customer journey that provides access to all their purchases, saved lists, gift certificates, and credit vouchers from any store or online. You will have access to stock across five stores and the warehouse to better serve your customers.
Auski has built a world-class training platform to help everyone be the best at what they do. A training platform that is constantly growing and developing.
Available Positions
Snow Clothing Department
This area is fun, offering an incredible selection to choose from. The store caters to all price points, from entry-level to the finest brands in the world. You will be able to sell both ski clothing and snowboard clothing, from Toni Sailer to Descente. In the board area, from Burton, AK, right down to a basic snowboard pant. We are seeking full-time and casual staff, as well as managers, for this area.
Ski Technicians and Boot Fitters
We are seeking both experienced boot fitters and those who would like to learn the trade. Auski has an excellent ongoing training program. Our boot fitters are our team leaders and are respected and appreciated, inspiring and teaching others the fine art of fitting boots.
All boot fitters have access to all training programs and will be encouraged to attend all courses, including our very own "Auski University Course". Ski technicians work the entire store, interacting with all customers and staff members.
Ski technicians run the ski department, selling skis, boots, and bindings. You will be selling the finest skis and boots available in the world.
Snowboard
Our snowboard room pumps out the boards; we require staff who are experienced snowboarders and, better still, have worked retail: Burton, Nitro, Capita, plus many more. Become part of the buying team and get to select from all brands worldwide.
Front of store
A vital area that requires attention to detail. The front of store team maintains and sells all our accessories and manages the stock levels. The front-of-store staff will also learn all areas of the store and will receive the same training as other team members so that they can work the entire store. This allows the team member to find what they love to do and not be totally locked down. We work to your strengths and ensure you love what you do.
Water ski and Wake Board
The second level is dedicated to water skis and wakeboards, and is the passion of the owner. We are looking for experienced water skiers, wakeboarders, wake surfers, or "foilers" to help our customers find what they need. The store sells all leading brands. We are looking for a department manager or casual staff.
