The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a great team mindset and be comfortable working in a large busy venue.

This is a hands-on role that is responsible for receiving and distributing food & beverage stock across the business, managing inventory, and ensuring our storerooms and warehouse are organised and running smoothly.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Receive stock and check all deliveries against delivery dockets and report any discrepancies
• Conduct manual keg counts on a weekly basis
• Maintain and take ownership for the beer reticulation process
• Provide prompt and friendly service at all times
• Work as a cohesive member of staff ensuring that both internal and external customer needs are met
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the cellar/stores area
• Ensure stock par levels are maintained at all times
• Transfer stock to all beverage outlets as required
• Ensure relevant documentation and database information is completed correctly, including stock transfers, stock requisitions, and wastage sheets
• Use appropriate technology (e.g., handheld PDEs) for efficient stock control
