We're looking for a Learning Consultant to elevate training into transformative experiences and design workshops that inspire insight and engage.

This full-time role will see you design, develop, and deliver learning that's innovative, practical, and fun. As a trusted partner to leaders and teams, you'll collaborate closely to enhance capabilities across all areas of Pedders and embrace new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Partnering with leaders and subject matter experts to thoroughly assess capability needs, with a strong focus on delivering tailored, accessible solutions—never one-size-fits-all.
  • Designing engaging blended learning experiences – think interactive eLearning, dynamic workshops, and virtual sessions that keep everyone leaning in.
  • Breathing new life into our Pedders' Learning Excellence Program – a program of courses for different areas of our business – leading its' improvement, implementation and delivery.
  • Managing exciting learning projects from concept to completion, ensuring they stay on schedule, meet milestones, and achieve high-quality outcomes.
  • Facilitating engaging learning sessions, both in-person and virtually, leveraging adult learning principles to maximise participant engagement, retention, and skill transfer.
  • Leveraging the latest digital tools to make learning accessible, impactful, and future-ready.

What you will bring to the team:

  • 3- 5 years' experience in L&D, instructional design, or learning consultancy.
  • Tertiary qualification in Learning and Development or relevant field.
  • Experience in blended learning (eLearning, face-to-face, and virtual).
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learning design frameworks such as ADDIE.
  • Proven experience conducting training needs analyses, identifying and addressing capability gaps.
  • Skills in authoring tools like Articulate 360 and familiarity with LMS platforms.
  • A collaborative, "let's make it happen" mindset.
  • Curiosity and passion for learning innovation, digital tools, and contemporary learning practices.
