Croydon, VIC | $100–110K pro rata + super + PD package | Full time ideal, but part time considered

Your Role

As a Psychologist at Playology, you'll:

• Work therapeutically with children, teens, and families in ways that fit who they are—not a one-size-fits-all model.
• Use your skills in assessment, therapy, and case formulation to make real-world change.
• Partner with therapy assistants who support practice in natural settings, helping strategies stick.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that celebrates curiosity, authenticity, and hope.

What We Offer

$100,000 – $110,000 pro rata salary (exclusive of super, plus PD & benefits). Clear, honest, no inflated "package" numbers.

$2,000 pro rata annual PD budget, one week (pro rata) paid study leave, PLUS access to our onsite multidisciplinary PD series, which is separate to your personal budget/plan (for example, our 2025 series included accreditation in Floortime DIR, Learn to Play, Bridges Out of Poverty and more).

A wellbeing-first workplace – manageable caseloads, regular reflective supervision, and a team who has your back.

Collaborative care alongside psychologists, OTs, therapy assistants, and other onsite partners

Flexibility – 3–5 days/week, with space to balance work and life. Many of our therapists also choose to flex their schedules to give them regularly scheduled work from home times.

About You

• Registered Psychologist (general, ed & dev or clinical)
• Passionate about working with children, young people, and families in meaningful ways.
• Committed to neuroaffirming, strengths-based, and family-centred practice
• Skilled in assessment, intervention, and collaborative approaches.
• Hold a Working with Children Check.
