Balaklava Soldiers Memorial Hospital

At Balaklava Soldiers Memorial District Hospital and Ira Parker Nursing Home, we take pride in delivering exceptional care to our community. Our facility includes a 15-bed acute ward with a 24-hour emergency department, alongside a 20-bed residential aged care facility. We provide a comprehensive range of services, including acute and step-down care, restorative programs, palliative care, emergency services, and residential aged care.

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate nurses to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care across all services offered. This role presents a valuable opportunity to work within a supportive and committed team focused on delivering high-quality healthcare to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in acute and aged care settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.

• Registered Nurse: Permanent P/T, 1.69 FTE (Multiple positions)

• Enrolled Nurse: Permanent P/T, 0.53 FTE (20 hours per week)
