Now Careers are currently looking for a keen and enthusiastic worker to join our concreting team in Wetherill Park. You will be joining a highly experienced team of concreters with a focus on concrete finishing but you will also be trained in aspects of concreting.

  • Wetherill Park location.
  • $35-$38p/h + overtime penalty rates.
  • Monday - Friday, 7am start, daily overtime.

About The Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as entry-level concreter. No prior experience is required and we will provide full training across all aspects of concreting, with an emphasis on concrete finishing. Over time, the successful candidate will gain the skills to take full ownership of the finishing process and potentially step into a leadership role within the finishing team.

This is a hands-on, physical role that requires reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities
As part of your training and day-to-day work, you will learn and perform tasks such as:

  • Assisting with formwork setup and preparation before pours.
  • Concrete pouring alongside the team, following established processes.
  • Finishing and smoothing concrete surfaces using helicopters, floats and trowels.
  • Operating hand tools and power tools used in concrete work.
  • Cleaning equipment after use.
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment at all times.
  • Supporting other team members in general yard duties.
