Pest Control Technician

We are a small, family-owned pest control company based in Bathurst, NSW, providing high-quality pest management services to residential, commercial, and government clients. We pride ourselves on professionalism, reliability, and friendly service — and we're looking for a motivated Pest Control Technician to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing pest control treatments at residential, commercial, and government sites
• Communicating effectively with clients and delivering outstanding customer service
• Working independently and managing your daily schedule
• Ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards
• Occasional early starts and weekend work is required
• Maintaining and operating a company vehicle and equipment

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Physical fitness and good general health (ability to work in both crawl spaces and roofs as required)
• Current NSW Driver's Licence (manual preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A strong work ethic and a reliable, can-do attitude
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to work weekends when required
• Ability to pass a Criminal History Check and obtain a Working With Children Check
• Pest Management Licence (or willingness to complete training to obtain one)
