Acclaim Accounting (formerly Muntz Partners) is a well-established practice with offices in 4 locations, with our head office located in Doubleview. We now have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced accountant to join our Team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will provide professional accounting services to a diverse range of clientele, including individuals, partnerships, trusts and companies in supporting the business services division.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Preparation of financial statements, income tax returns and activity statements for a variety of entities.
  • Assisting clients with ad-hoc taxation enquiries.
  • Liaising with the ATO and other government agencies as required.
  • The ability to multi-task, work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with integrity

Qualifications & Experience

  • Be CA/CPA/IPA Qualified (or have commenced).
  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting.
  • 2+ years' experience in public practice
  • Have practical experience with CGT, Div-7A, and more.
  • Proficient in Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks
  • Access HandiSoft suite experience preferable
  • Strong interpersonal, and written & verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinker with high attention to detail.
