As the Weighbridge Coordinator, you will be responsible for general office coordination and assist in administrative tasks relating to the weighbridge.
Please note, this role will be working across 5 days a week from 1pm - 5pm (4hrs) Mon-Fri
About the role:
- Coordination and reconciliation of weighbridge documentation
- Ensuring all vehicles entering the site are captured and identified in weighbridge control systems
- Investigating error logs, with councils and other customers
- Reconcile incoming weighbridge invoices.
- Tracking, recording, and checking containers loads and entering details into the system
- Maintain accurate recording and identification of incoming/outgoing loads/containers and vehicle details
- Booking and preparing dispatch/ received paperwork for transport companies
- Liaising with drivers, outsource providers, transport companies and plant operators daily
- Schedule, track and ensure all customer deliveries are completed in a timely manner
- Completing daily/weekly/monthly weighbridge reports
- Compiling weekly weighbridge in & out tonnage for the accounts department
- Compiling Monthly RCTI report for Account Payable to make payment
- Participation in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes, and incident reporting
- Supervise the operation of all weighbridge equipment to ensure efficient bin handling
About you:
- Previous experience working in a similar weighbridge related role or relevant administrative experience in a fast-paced working environment
- Experience managing weighbridge information desirable but not essential
- The discipline to routinely apply strict standards to incoming and outgoing traffic flow
- Mathematical aptitude and strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite 365 systems
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
