The Role

We're looking for a high-output
Content & Product Marketing Specialist

who can translate our product innovations into compelling stories, campaigns, sales assets, and content that builds trust and drives adoption across Otto, HungryHungry, and MOBI.

This is a hands-on, creator-led role. You'll ideate, script, film, edit, write, publish, and optimise. You'll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to turn insights into scroll-stopping content and high-intent product marketing assets.

- You love analysing the performance of your own content — digging into what worked, what fell flat, and why.
- You treat content like a growth lever: testing variations, iterating quickly, and optimising for impact, not vanity metrics.
- You get energy from working closely with growth and acquisition teams to ensure your content is directly influencing pipeline, conversion, and customer acquisition.

Your Day to Day

Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Produce high-volume, high-quality content across channels: social, email, landing pages, product pages, video, and case studies.
  • Develop Otto's content identity — tone, style, rhythm — with a strong POV that cuts through.
  • Create short-form video (TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts) and lightweight product videos that demonstrate Otto's value.
  • Turn insights from demos, call recordings, customer feedback, and AI behaviour into engaging, educational content.
  • Run a continual testing program (hooks, formats, messaging, CTAs) to improve content performance and impact on acquisition.

Product Marketing Execution

  • Translate features and capabilities into customer-facing messaging, benefit-led narratives, and objection-handling assets.
  • Build product update communications, release notes, and launch content for new features.
  • Support packaging, pricing, and positioning exercises with content that clarifies value and builds trust.
  • Work closely with the GTM team to ensure messaging consistency from ad → landing page → campaign → sales handover.

Sales Enablement

  • Produce sales decks, one-pagers, competitive comparison sheets, case studies, and proof assets.
  • Build content that helps sales communicate differentiation and objection handling.

Social & Community Growth

  • Own Otto's and HHM's social content calendars end-to-end.
  • Publish consistently across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube with a bias for velocity.
  • Develop content franchises and repeatable series that grow brand affinity and trust.
  • Surface customer stories, behind-the-scenes content, and operator insights.

Campaign Support

  • Build creative concepts for flagship campaigns and partner launches.
  • Script and produce campaign-level video assets.
  • Work with performance marketing to ensure creatives are aligned with landing pages and conversion paths.

Content Operations

  • Manage asset folders, naming conventions, and content workflows.
  • Use AI tools for editing, scripting, repurposing, and accelerating content production.
  • Track leading indicators: engagement, watch-through rates, shares, saves, clicks, etc.
