About the opportunity
Our Sales Associates work closely with Sales Consultants to deliver exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey purchasing a new home. More specifically, you will:

• Meet and greet prospective customers at our display homes 

• Schedule appointments and oversee day-to-day operations of the display home

• Adhoc tasks around the display home to ensure the sales consultant is supported 

• Present information to help customers envision and build their dream home.

• General administration, ordering stock and marketing material 

• This is a 12 Month Parental Leave cover position 

About you
You will share a passion for our purpose to build better futures and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:

• An outgoing, engaging personality that effortlessly connects with people

• A passion for home design and living spaces

• Be highly ambitious in wanting to achieve results. 

• Ideally you will have customer service and sales experience in retail, or service industry 

• A strong drive to learn and grow within the role

• Attention to detail and proactive attitude 

• Availability to work Saturday to Wednesday
