MOKE is the vision of Michael Cole, Head Chef/Owner, who has spent years refining his skills in some of the world's finest kitchens. His global culinary journey has shaped his unique approach, resulting in a dining experience that is both innovative and unforgettable.

Our menu, crafted from the freshest seasonal ingredients, changes weekly and often varies daily based on ingredient availability.

Job role can be Permanent Part-Time or Casual.

What Moke offers:

  • A 4 day working week.
  • We are open Thursday-Sunday. 3 dinner shifts & 2 lunch shifts.
  • Flexible rostering to suit your lifestyle.
  • Very generous tips in addition to a competitive salary.
  • Closed for 4 weeks during Winter and in December period for a week (Dec 25th - 31st)
  • Training and development.

We at Moke are looking for:

  • A passionate hospitality professional, looking at taking the next step into a fine dining restaurant, or someone that has worked in fine dining restaurants previously.
  • A positive attitude, but more importantly a willingness to learn.
  • A strong knowledge of food and wine and basic bartender skills.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, who can interact with our loyal local and abroad customers.
