Hours: Monday-Wednesday 9am-4pm

We're seeking a proactive and reliable Office & Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Seaford. This hands-on role blends administrative tasks with warehouse operations, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking freight and coordinate order dispatch
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately
  • Weekly calls to stores across Australia & New Zealand
  • Generate invoices and assist with manual creation
  • Conduct weekly product and ingredient stocktakes
  • Organise stock across multiple warehouse locations
  • Prepare monthly sales reports
  • Assist with blending and production tasks
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse & office environment

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Moderate computer skills & literacy (invoicing, reporting, documentation, Microsoft suites, Google Drive)
  • Experience with accounting software like MYOB advantageous but not compulsory
  • Forklift license is a desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience in warehouse or office support is required
