Are you ready for the next step in your career , where you'll have full clinical autonomy, strong support, and a modern practice environment in one of NSW's most in-demand regional hubs?
This well-established practice in Dubbo has been serving the community for over 40 years and is currently undergoing a full rebuild into a modern, spacious 5-chair clinic.
With nearly 10,000 active patients shared among only 2 dentists, a Hygienist and an OHT, the demand is immense, and you'll be taking over the full books of a dentist who was with the practice for nearly 10 years.
You'll be supported to focus on high-value clinical work and your preferred areas of dentistry, with cleans and hygiene handled by the dedicated team. Clinical standards, rapport, and long-term relationships are at the heart of the practice. This is about building community, not just completing procedures.
Dubbo has a catchment of 120,000 people and just 12 private practices. The patient-to-dentist ratio is incredibly favourable.
The city also offers direct flights to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and you may be eligible for relocation assistance and temporary accommodation.

ABOUT YOU
- AHPRA-registered Dentist (no restrictions) with current professional indemnity insurance
- Confident across general dentistry and open to (or experienced in) complex procedures
- High clinical standards with a warm, empathetic chairside manner
- Excellent communicator who values patient education and rapport
- Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-based setting
- Reliable, relatable and proactive with a strong growth mindset

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $250,000.00 – $400,000.00 per year
