Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Family Law Solicitor, based in Berwick, VIC, with opportunities to work from home. Key responsibilities include managing family law cases, providing sound legal advice, preparing legal documentation, and representing clients in court or negotiation settings.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Family Law and strong case management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Admission to practice law in Australia and a current practicing certificate
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in Commercial Law would be advantageous
